1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The item is returned with original packaging, including tags, box, and invoice.
- A return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and handmade customisation, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Made-to-order pieces
- Sale or discounted items
2. Return Process
- Email us at saubhagyamventuras@gmail.com or contact us at 8421537533 (Whatsapp Only) with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Once received, the item will undergo a quality check, which may take 2–5 working days.
Please note:
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
After the quality check is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Refunds Are Not Issued If:
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- The return request was made after the allowed return window
- The product is a non-returnable item (as listed above)
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (if applicable to your jewellery type)
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item shipped
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
- To cancel a placed order, contact us at saubhagyamventuras@gmail.com or 8421537533 (Whatsapp Only)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, unless they have already been dispatched.
- Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
