1. Processing Time

Because all our jewellery is handcrafted, processing times may vary.

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days
  • Made-to-order/custom pieces: 5–14 business days (depending on design and complexity)

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping (within Maharashtra): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Shipping method selected

You may also offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS with:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.


5. Packaging

Your jewellery will be packed securely using:

  • Protective jewellery boxes
  • Bubble wrap
  • Tamper-proof packaging

We take extra care to ensure your handmade items arrive safely and beautifully presented.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Custom issues

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  2. We will coordinate with the courier and update you promptly

Saubhagyam Venturas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist you in resolving issues as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • No response from the customer

The package may be returned to us.
Reshipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will assist with replacement, refund, or claim processing based on our Return & Refund Policy
